Processing and Shipping Your Order:

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS Priority mail. Priority mail takes 2-3- business days to arrive. We will notify you when your package ships and provide you with a tracking #. Should you have any problems receiving your order please contact us immediately at customersupport@getskn.com.


USPS:
We are proud to ship using United States Post Office Priority Mail whenever possible. The USPS is the only mailing or shipping company in the nation to achieve "Cradle to Cradle" Certification at the silver level from MBDC (McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry) for human and environmental health.


"Cradle to Cradle" Certification is a scientifically based process that reviews specific criteria to assess the environmental attributes of materials used in products. All materials were examined using 39 criteria for environmental and human health, including toxicity, renewable energy, water stewardship, recyclability and other manufacturing attributes.


Based on the recycled content of the more than 500 million express and priority mail packages and envelopes the postal service provides its customers each year , more than 15,000 metric tons of carbon equivalent emissions (climate change gases) will now be prevented annually. The boxes and envelopes are also 100% recyclable.


International Shipping

The purchaser is responsible for all customs tariffs duties and other fees applicable to their country of origin. These fees are usually assessed at the time of delivery or pickup and are dependent upon and subject to local laws and regulations. Please contact your local customs office for exact fees. Please contact us at customersupport@getskn.com for package weight and size for your specific order if your country's customs laws require this.


Returns

Here at SKN we pride ourselves on creating and producing quality, innovative products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original state and condition, with all tags intact for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Please contact us at customersupport@getskn.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment and let us know why you are returning your item(s). We will issue you an RMS return # that must be written on the outside of the package. If we receive a return without its RMS number we must refuse the delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, your money will be refunded.


If your item(s) is defective contact us at customersupport@getskn.com and we will ask you to return it and issue you an RMS return # to be written on the outside of the package. Once we receive the item you will be credited the return shipment and we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
